Training for Inda Data Collection of Village Potential 2024

The Central Bureau of Statistics of Jawa Barat Province organized the Regional Instructor Training (Inda) of Potential Village Data Collection (Podes) 2024 for 4 effective days of online learning. The training was conducted through a virtual zoom meeting on April 1-4, 2024.

The training activity was opened directly by the Head of BPS Jawa Barat Province, Marsudijono with participants attended by the Head of BPS Regency / City and Inda candidates as many as 61 people from 27 districts / cities. The purpose of this activity was to equalize perceptions about the concepts and operational definitions of the variables to be collected in the Podes 2024 questionnaire as well as uniformity and the same understanding in the governance or implementation mechanism of Podes 2024.

In his direction, Marsudijono conveyed to the Provincial and Regency / City Podes Teams to develop a strategy to oversee the quality of Podes data by optimizing the use of Quality Gates. In addition, the coverage and existence of infrastructure must be maintained to support the calculation of village development indicators, such as the Village Index and support the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census.
