Consumer Price Index/Inflation At The Composite Seven Cities In Jawa barat June 2009 Inflation occurred by 0.06 Percent

June 2009, CPI of Jawa barat (CPI 2007 = 100) covering 7 cities of Bandung City, Cirebon City, Tasikmalaya City, Bekasi City, Bogor City, Sukabumi City and Depok City experienced inflation of 0.06 percent. -During the first half of 2009 (January-June) there has been a deflation of 0.15 percent. On a monthly basis, the following magnitude of inflation as of January 2009 experienced deflation of 0.28 percent, February 2009 and March 2009 inflation respectively by 0.08 percent and 0.20 percent, April deflation of 0.23 percent and two months last May and June inflation stood at 0.02 and 0.06 percent. During the last twelve months or 'year on year' (June 2009 to June 2008) there was inflation of 3.13 percent. -June 2009, five groups experienced inflation ie finished food, beverage, cigarette & tobacco 0.36 percent, health 0.25 percent, housing, water, electricity, gas & fuel 0.05 percent, transportation & communications & financial services 0.03 percent and education, recreation & sports 0.01 percent, while the other two spending groups experienced deflation of 0.17 percent and clothing group 0.13 percent.
