Room Occupancy Rate of Hotel in Jawa Barat on July 2009 Recorded 43.68 Percent

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of hotels in Jawa barat in July 2009 increased by 3.09 points compared to June 2009. The hotel's TPK in July was recorded at 43.86 percent, while the ROR for June 2009 was 40.77 percent. • The rise in star-rated hotels in July 2009 compared to June 2009 was due to an increase in the size of TPK in almost all classes of star hotels except for 3 star class hotels which decreased from 61.82 percent of TPK to 56.09 percent • The highest ROR in non-star hotels in July 2009 occurred in groups of 10-24 with 38.97 percent of TPK, and this condition is the same as in June 2009 where the highest RPL occurred in this room group but with smaller TPK at 35, 47 percent. • In July 2009, most foreign guests stayed at non-star hotels slightly longer than in star hotels, with an average length of stay of non-stellar guests staying for 2.87 days while in star hotels for 2.48 days.
