Abstract
NTP The Joint Province of Jawa Barat in November 2010 was 101.27 or experienced an increase of 1.29 percent from NTP in September 2010, which was recorded at 99.98 This was caused by the increase in the Received Index of farmers (IT) is greater than the increase in the Paid Index Farmers (IB), where IT rises 1.29 percent and IB remained relatively unchanged from September 2010. Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in October 2010 for each sub sector was recorded 112.55 for the Horticulture subsector (NTP-H), 112.95 for the NTP-R subsector, 119.93 for the Fisheries sub-sector (NTP-Pi), 98.75 for Livestock sub-sector (NTP-Pt) and 94.44 for Rice and Palawija sub-sector (NTP-P). In October 2010 there was a deflation of -0.05 percent in rural areas of Jawa Barat which was influenced by the decrease of the Food Groups Price Index by 0.38 percent, Healthcare Group down 0.03 percent, transportation and communication group down 0.03. For Food Jadinaik by 0.45 percent, Housing up 0.23 percent, Clothing up 0.02 percent, Education, Recreation and Sports rose 0.27 percent from September 2010.
