Room Occupancy Rate in Jawa Barat November 2010 Registered 43,13 Percent

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of hotels in Jawa Barat in November 2010 decreased 2.45 points compared to the previous month. Hotel TPK in November 2010 was 43.13 percent and TPK in October 2010 was 45.58 percent. The decline in TPK in star-rated hotels in November 2010 was due to a decrease in the number of TPKs in the class of 2-star hotels to 5-star hotels, while the 1-star Hotel still increased from 33.47 percent of TPK last month to 38.97 percent in November (Table 1). In November 2010 non-star hotel TPK was recorded at 36.91 percent while in October was 38.68 percent. The highest TPK occurred in hotels with less than 10 chamber group with TPK 45.46 percent, while in October 2010 the highest ROR in the 25-40 room group with lower TPK was 44.24 percent.
