Abstract
The economic growth rate (LPE) of GDP in the first quarter of 2011 compared to the GDP in the first quarter of 2010 (y on y) grew by 6.87 percent. On the business side, the year on year growth was driven by an increase in all sectors except the agriculture sector which declined by 5.50 percent. In terms of usage, the growth of y-o-y was driven by growth in household consumption including non-profit consumption (5.23%), government consumption (9.54%), PMTB (7.73%), and export (25.62%). While the quarter I quarter of Q1 / 2011 quarter by quarter (qtq) from the field of business, experienced a positive growth of 1.32 percent. Almost all sectors experienced positive growth, except for the mining, quarrying and building sectors. The highest LPE in this quarter was from the agricultural sector at 8.64 percent. In terms of usage, positive growth occurred in household consumption components including non-profit institutions (0.71%), PMTB (2.00%), inventory changes (0.69%), and exports (2.16%). While the component of government consumption experienced a negative growth of minus 45.77 percent.
