Abstract

  • Compared to January 2025, the number of air transportation passengers in February 2025 decreased by 47.62 percent. While international passengers increased by 1.77 percent. When compared to previous year in February 2024 on a year on year basis the number of West Java domestic air transportation passengers in February 2025 decreased by 76.58 percent. Likewise, the number of passengers international commercial air transportation decreased by 50.77 percent. 
  • The number of train passengers departing in February 2025 was as many as 1.92 million people or decreased by 10.27 percent compared to January 2025. When compared to February 2024, year on year there was an increase of 13.35 percent. 
  • The volume of goods transported by trains in February 2025 amounted to 25.14 thousand tons or an increase of 5.67 percent compared to January 2025. Meanwhile, when compared to February 2024, the volume of goods transported by trains decreased by 12.04 percent.
