Abstract

The workforce in February 2025 was 26.80 million people, an increase of 0.92 million people compared to February 2024. The Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) increased by 1.57 percentage points from 67.34 percent to 68.91 percent.
A total of 11.02 million people (44.11 percent) worked in formal activities, an increase of 0.08 million people compared to February 2024.
The percentage of underemployment decreased by 1.70 percentage points, from 9.27 percent in February 2024 to 7.57 percent in February 2025. Meanwhile, part-time workers increased by 0.35 percentage points compared to February 2024.
The Unemployment Rate (TPT) in February 2025 was 6.74 percent, down 0.17 percentage points compared to February 2024 which was 6.91 percent.
