The publication of the Index and Price of Several Main Goods in 20 Cities of Regency/Municipality in Jawa Barat, contains the index and monthly prices in 1999 of 15 types of basic commodities for the community, namely Rice, Salted Fish, Cooking Oil, Granulated Sugar, Salt, Kerosene, Laundry Soap, Textile, Wheat Flour, Broiler Chicken, Beef, Milk Powder, Chicken Eggs, Cement and Gold. This publication is intended to meet data users, namely to see the development of the index and prices of basic commodities. This index data and price developments can be used to see the people's purchasing power for basic material needs, especially basic commodity commodities that are widely consumed by the public.
