Analysis of Survey Results Data Requirement in Jawa Barat Province 2017

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is carried out in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information and provide better public services. SKD is designed to identify the level of needs and level of data user satisfaction on BPS data and services. The results of the 2017 SKD BPS of Jawa Barat Province show that according to gender, female data users (56.99 percent) are more than men (43.01 percent). Most data users use BPS data as the main reference, which is 89.64 percent. The majority of users of data came from domestic education and research institutions, which amounted to 41.35 percent with the largest data utilization used for school / college assignments by 33.18 percent. The type of service most often used by data users is the printed library service which is 44.86 percent. The main facilities that are most used to obtain data are the website as much as 45.08 percent and direct visits to PST / library as much as 44.04 percent.
