Farmers Terms of Trade Statistics of Jawa Barat 2018

Publication of Farmers Terms of Trade Statistics of Jawa Barat 2018 is BPS publications sourced from primary data from data collection in 17 regencies in Jawa Barat. On a monthly basis, from 2016 to 2018, the development of the Price Index Received, Paid Index and Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) is presented covering the Food Crops, Horticulture Plants, Community Plantation Plants, Livestock and Fisheries, in addition to Rural Inflation and the Farmer Wage Index. Farmers accepted price index fluctuating and different for each subsector depending on the income received by farmers from the sale of agricultural commodities. The price index paid by farmers also has different developments, especially for the costs of the production process, while the price development for the survival of farmer households for all sub-sectors when viewed in detail is relatively the same. The ratio of these two index numbers, called Farmer Exchange Rates (NTP), illustrates how farmers' income development can cover the development costs incurred by farmers.
