Abstract

Data and information are required in order to support the process of development planning, implementation and evaluation of development results in order to run well. Data on socio-economic condition are needed toprovide an overview of development achievement and can also be used by the policy makers to evaluate development programs. Data related to people’s living needs such as the adequacy of food, clothing, shelter, education, health, security, and employment are needed to find out how far the achievements of development outcomes reach all levels of society.The publication of the 2019 Welfare Statistics of Jawa Barat Province contains a tabular results of the data collected through the 2019 Susenas core questionnaire (VSEN2019.K) which coverAge the entire regions of Indonesia. The core data presented in this publication is presented as a Percentages of Population sorted by by Regency/City so that data users could compare people’s welfare among regions. Some data ar alos differentiated by Sex to meet the needs of gender gap analysis.
