Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Jawa Barat Province 2021

RI Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every public service provider is obliged to carry out an evaluation of the performance of public service implementers. One form of this evaluation is realized through the implementation of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) as regulated in PermenpanRB Number 14 of 2017. BPS-Statistics of Indonesia, as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service. to consumers. BPS-Statistics of Jawa Barat Province has held SKM regularly every year which is integrated into Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey is not only aimed at obtaining perceptions of consumer satisfaction with the data services of BPS-Statistics of Jawa Barat Province, it also aims to identify data needs and perceptions of consumer satisfaction with the quality of the data produced by the BPS-Statistics of Jawa Barat Province.The results of the 2021 SKD implementation, one of which is presented in a publication with the title "Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Jawa Barat Province 2021" as a form of report on the implementation of the SKD. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of the performance of service units, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data for Jawa Barat Province. Presentation of data is displayed in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are main indicators presented in this publication.
