Abstract

Welfare Indicators of Jawa Barat Province 2023 is a routine publication from BPS-Statistics of Jawa Barat Province. This year the theme
is “School Dropout at the Basic Education Level in West Java”. This publication examines the factors that influence the dropout rate in
dropout rate in primary education, exploring the various factors that contribute to the decision to drop out of school contributing to the decision to drop out of school. This publication also uses the Decision Tree method to analyze the influence of of these factors on the risk of dropping out of school. Furthermore, this publication also presents aspects of people's welfare that are examined according to seven areas that include Population, Consumption Patterns, Health and Nutrition, Education, Housing and Environment, Inequality and Poverty, and Employment.
