June 2013 in West Java Inflation occurred at 1.50 Percent

 

June 2013 CPI Combined West Java covering 7 cities of Bandung City, Cirebon City, Tasikmalaya City, Bekasi City, Bogor City, Sukabumi City and Depok City experienced an increase in index. June 2013 CPI of 137.88 up compared to the IHK in May 2013 of 135.84, thus inflation of 1.50 percent. The calendar year of January - June 2013 is "year to date" of 4.26 percent and inflation from year to year "Year on year" during the last twelve months (June 2013 to June 2012) was recorded at 6.65 percent. Of the seven expenditure groups, which experienced the highest inflation were Transport, Communication & Financial Services Group by 5.14 percent, followed by the Foodstuff Group by 2.16 percent, Food, Beverage, Cigarette & Tobacco Group by 0.41 percent, Group Housing, Water, Electricity, Gas & Fuel by 0.23 percent, Health Group by 0.15 percent, and the smallest inflation occurred in the Education, Recreation & Sports Group by 0.05 percent. While one expenditure group experienced deflation ie Group Clothing by 0.19 percent.
