Abstract

In 2016 BPS conducted listing for the 2016 Economic Census (SE2016). For more detailed economic activity, in 2017 an Advanced SE2016 was conducted which is a data collection of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMB). The results of the UMK and UMB data collection (SE2016-Continued) can be used as a basis for policy analysis and formulation. Potential for Improving Micro Small Business Performance is an analysis of the results of the Advanced SE2016.
The purpose is to provide a description of the characteristics / quality of MSEs 'human resources, conditions of capital accessibility and factors that affect the ease of accessing capital, provide an overview of business performance and its determinants in terms of profitability, and analyze business prospects based on respondents' perceptions and factors who influenced him. Thus, potential information that can still be optimized to improve MSE performance can be obtained.
